  Looking for an assistant personal training manager who will be a key member of our leadership team by driving success in club operations and managing a team of personal trainers at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

  Position OverviewThe assistant personal training manager who supports a high-performance, high-care culture that operates with speed and urgency in delivering results through member integration, programming, and development.

  Responsibilities

  Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team membersMeet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the clubAdminister the CrunchOne Kickoff experience through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding with the goal of acquiring personal training clientsAbility to generate personal training client leads and new clients for the team Counsel and guide members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness - Nutrition, Movement, Supplementation and Professional Assistance, in a manner consistent with their goalsEnsure accurate administration of PT services including, but not limited to,dotFIT program and supplements, client programming, and progress tracking Isolate, align, and direct resources informed by KPIs and organizational priorities with PTM assistanceProvide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hoursReport to the General Manager and Personal Training Manager on key results and action plansAttend all required meetings/trainings for PT staffMaintain accurate time clock and personal training session utilization records for proper labor controls and integrityRequired Skills and Experience

  1-2 years of personal training experience preferredCPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferredExperience executing plans and managing KPIs requiredAbility to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trustMust have basic understanding of fitness industry, market and key business driversCertification required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications:

  American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)Certified Personal TrainerHealth Fitness SpecialistAmerican Council on Exercise (ACE)Personal Trainer CertificationThe Cooper InstitutePersonal Trainer CertificationInternational Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA)Personal Fitness Trainer CertificationNational Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES)National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA)Personal Fitness Trainer CertificationNational Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT)Personal Trainer CertificationNational Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)Certified Personal TrainerCertified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)International Sports Sciences Association (with NCCA accreditation)Certified Personal TrainerCertified Strength and Conditioning SpecialistPhysical Requirements

  Must be able to lift or move 50 lbsPhysical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walkingEducation Requirements

  High school diploma or GED requiredBachelor degree preferredCompensation (Hourly)
