We will train you on our process in our Sheeting department. The roles are a in a line of progression, so you will start as the first stage of the department, and as openings above that become available, the most senior in the role below moves up. Each promotion up also comes with a pay increase.

　　How you Will Contribute:

　　Responsible for assisting with all sheeting operations on their machine/shift.

　　Assisting with quality checks on the product they produce and materials coming to their machine.

　　Provide a clean/safe working environment to themselves and employees in their work area.

　　Assist with make-readies

　　Perform preventive maintenance and upkeep on production equipment.

　　Ability to assume role of Operator as described in KFP 60527: Job Description - Sheeter Operator

　　Keep department in specs within all 5S requirements

　　Each person, regardless of role or position is responsible for Food Packaging Safety and Quality

　　Execute job duties in a safe and efficient manner

　　Report to management any issue or event that poses a risk to employee safety, the environment and facilities, or food packaging safety and quality.

　　Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and instructions to the best of your ability

　　Participate in continuous improvement activities, corrective actions, and training.

　　Safely operate motorized pallet jacks

　　Other duties as assigned
