　　Your role.

　　Your work will include, but not be limited to:Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergersand acquisitions, divestitures, and management buyoutsPrepare detailed financial analysis to assist clients evaluating acquisitiondecisionsParticipate in client meetings and site visits while interacting withtop-level management to acquire and assess important information forfinancial analysisAssist with development and review of financial reports to determine qualityof historical earnings and assets and liabilities to be acquiredAnalyze financial statements to determine sustainability of performanceDetermine EBITDA and working capital adjustments that consider GAAP, proforma information, and non-recurring itemsAssist in preparing proposals and engagement lettersOrganize varying projects against deadlines and mange time effectivelyThe qualifications.

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

　　Preferred Certifications: CPA

　　8-9 years of total experience with a minimum of 2 years in a TransactionAdvisory Services practice required. Prior experience in Audit or InvestmentBanking a plus

　　Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20% - 30%overnight travel
