What you will do: Accountable for assisting overalloperations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory) Plan, direct,and manage multi shift distribution with support from locationOperations Manager Help oversee field activities, equipment scheduling,and maintenance Develop and implement opportunities for processimprovement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved servicewithin the distribution Lead and develop a high performing team to meetgoals and work with a cross functional mindset Provide excellentcustomer service for internal and external customers Ensure that a safeworking environment is maintained at all times by enforcingCompanystandards and following up on regular safety inspections What youwill bring: 3+ years of relevant management experience in vocationalagricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and workexperience Agricultural based degree desired Willingness to travel toinclude market areas in other states Excellent computer skills,including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) Are you a good match?
