Description

We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Goleta, California. Tasked with the responsibility of maintaining financial records, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing invoice codes

• Conducting check runs to ensure timely payments

• Performing account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records

• Handling data entry tasks to update and maintain accounting systems

• Utilizing software platforms such as Oracle and Excel to perform accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Skilled in Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Experience with Oracle software

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong numerical skills

• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures

• Familiarity with general ledger functions and procedures
