  From your PASSION to ours

  The Omnichannel Assistant Manager will support the Asst. Director Omnichannel in executing all aspects of e-commerce and Shopper Marketing activations for Lactalis American Group brands, specifically Galbani, Président and Parmalat. They will manage select programs at major retailers and will help analyze shopper marketing and sponsored search e-commerce programs.

  Key responsibilities for this position include:

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  E-commerce (65%):

  Sponsored Search Campaigns Management:

  Monitor actual spend vs. forecast of e-commerce activities pulling relevant reports.

  Manage set-up and day-to-day product search campaigns on Pacvue and retailer-specific accounts, specifically Walmart, Kroger and Instacart campaigns.

  Pull monthly reports of e-commerce product search campaigns and organize data into graphs

  Upload display ads assets onto ad management platforms

  Update results reports PowerPoint decks

  Digital Asset Management:

  Publish product content updates to retailers.com via Salsify and Syndigo

  Help publish A+ product content for e-commerce use in collaboration with vendors and Marketing

  Pull reports from Dataweave monitoring platform to evaluate content health and share of voice

  Shopper Marketing (35%):

  Help analyze major shopper programs via vendor reports and IRI syndicated data

  Update results reports PowerPoint decks (Ibotta, online coupons etc.)

  Help with plan executions at key accounts as needed

  Support Sales with Shopper Marketing slides in key accounts as needed

  Requirements

  Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

  Education

  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Data/Computer Science or related field. Experience

  3 – 5 years related experience; preferred digital and/or shopper experienceSkills / Abilities

  Highly organized with experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

  Strong interpersonal skills including ability to maintain good professional relationships with a diverse range of groups, and associates in different locations.

  Knowledge of syndicated data such as IRI a must.

  Excellent at Excel or related excel software.

  Familiarity with Pacvue a plus.

  Familiarity with syndication channels and content service providers, including Salsify and Syndigo a plus.

  Good problem-solving skills.

  Very good analytical skills.

  Excellent attention to details

  Salary Description

  $74,000 - $93,000
