Responsibilities TheOffice Services Assistant is responsible for providing administrativeoperation support to meet the daily needs of the office location. Worksclosely with the Senior Assistant, Office Services, Supervisor, OfficeServices, Manager, Office Services to identify, respond to, andanticipate administrative operation needs and process optimizationopportunities. The Office Services Assistant is an individualcontributor role primarily responsible for executing tasks and processesrelated to the administrative operations of the office location. Be atrusted member of the administrative team by providing administrativetasks throughout the office. Including but not limited to data entry,phone answering, filing, scheduling meetings, etc. Positively impact theoffice space by: Restocking the kitchen and keeping an organizedinventory of kitchen supplies and snacks. Keeping the office tidy andorganization of various office workspaces. Specifically cleaning outempty cubicles and keeping the conference rooms clean. Sorting anddistributing the office mail. Effective communication with theadministrative team. Office supply stocking and ordering. Greetingclients. Answering phones. Meeting services. Booking/Calendar managementof rooms. Setting up and striking pre/post meeting. Copy services. Taxprocessing work, such as scanning client documents and assemblingreturns for delivery to clients.
