Essential duties include:1. Routinely provide patient care.2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.3. Maintains employee records.4. Identifies needs for and provides Staff education/staff development.5. Participates in Discharge planning, community resource referrals and education.6. Committee involvement, participate with quality improvement initiatives.7. Oversees daily operations of unit/area in a cost effective manner.8. Involved in Community outreach activities as pertinent Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers.9.
