Responsibilities

In keeping with the Marian Medical Center health care philosophy the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) functions collaboratively and uses independent judgment to provide high quality care by assuring appropriate staffing on a shift basis or more as indicated by patient acuity and census. Is accountable for unit operations supervision staff development patient care delivery and clinical outcomes on assigned shifts. Is responsible for providing clinical nursing leadership to unit staff and may provide direct patient care.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Associate's Degree in Nursing (e.g. ADN).

Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.

Licensure:

Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) other credentials or credential modules may be required.Pay Range

$48.25 - $70.78 /hour
