　　Role Overview:

　　Staffs, organizes, and supervises Material Handling Operations within multiple stockrooms to effectively manage the receipt, storage, selection, packaging, and delivery of material to production.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Controls costs through productivity of personnel, efficient utilization of storage space, and proper protection of stored materials

　　Designs product flow and distribution activities

　　Monitors shop order kitting, accounts for delays of delivery to production when necessary

　　Maintains records of inventories and location for inventory control and cost accounting

　　Provides personal leadership for company employee relations policies and safety and health requirements in the stockroom area

　　Set objectives and influences others on execution/approach for achievement of operational goals

　　Identifies the causes of product losses and takes corrective action

　　Assists team members to plan and prioritize daily schedule(s) to meet customer requirements

　　Performs other related duties as required

　　Supervisory Responsibilities:

　　Directly supervises nonexempt associates

　　Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

　　Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems

　　Qualifications/Experience Needed:

　　Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Previous experience material handling/inventory management supervision

　　SAP experience

　　The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
