　　= Objectives of the Position =

　　Controlling & Governance Procurement Asia Pacific

　　Support procurement governance related processes and tasks.

　　= Main Tasks =

　　Support supplier quality management related processes (50%)

　　o QM report and dashboard.

　　o QM processes and tools

　　o Supplier lifecycle related processes

　　Governance support (40%)

　　o Delegated procurement

　　o Procurement process effectiveness support (according to external & internal requirements)

　　o Governance digitization support

　　Interface to the procurement hub in Asia (10%)

　　= Job Requirements =

　　• Bachelor or Master

　　• Minimum 4years experience in relevant role

　　• Familiar with various quality management system such as ISO, IATF

　　• Experienced in procurement processes

　　• Supplier quality management experience (including supplier quality audit) is a MUST

　　• Microsoft EXCEL is a MUST, Power BI experience is a PLUS

　　• Open-minded, can-do attitude, quick-learner, self-starter

　　• Good communication skill in both mandarin and English

　　• Project management experience is a PLUS
