　　What will you be engaged in?

　　As our new Corporate Planning Assistant Manager, you will be in charge of,

　　Business planning/projection

　　Understand and shape the company's strategy and mission

　　Align processes, resources-planning and management and department goals with an overall strategy

　　Company KPI planning and management (e.g. performance assessment)

　　Assess the company's operational and strategic performance

　　Supporting IR/Fundraising

　　Perform financial modelling and valuation exercise, cash flow forecasts and investment appraisals for potential investment opportunities and corporate exercises

　　Support regular & irregular business reports on an annual and annual quarterly basis

　　Support ad-hoc tasks related corporate planning area from Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager

　　Are you the ideal candidate?

　　Over 5 years of experience including 3 years of experience in budgeting or planning of business era

　　Work experience preferably in Investor Relations/ Venture Capital/ Private Equity/ Banking

　　Must be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and understanding of Financial statements, corporate finance and financial modelling

　　Possess good communication skills and stakeholder management skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
