　　We are actively searching for several fulltime Assistant Managers. Prior management experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual(s). Alongside the General Manager, an Assistant Manager oversee in-store operations and plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that our employees are performing their duties properly and efficiently. An Assistant Manager must lead by example as they execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.

　　Qualifications:

　　Ability to work a 40 - 50 hours per week

　　At least 18 years of age

　　Basic understanding of E-mail, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

　　Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store

　　Organized with strong aptitude in establishing priorities in the store with minimal supervision

　　Comfortable with delegating tasks and coaching staff including sandwich makers and delivery drivers/bikers

　　Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts

　　Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift

　　Ability to work a variety of daytime lunch, evening/night and weekend shifts

　　Ability to work in a variety of local locations a plus
