Make your next career step a giant leap. We’re searching for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to work alongside our Operations Manager to ensure all aspects of housekeeping are befitting of our reputation for delivering genuinely memorable experiences to our guests.

　　A little taste of your day-to-day:

　　Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

　　● Managing, coaching, and developing a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards

　　● Handling complaints and special requests to keep every guest happy

　　● Checking that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations

　　● Assigning rooms for housekeepers to clean, general cleans, and other projects as needed.

　　● Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards

　　● Uphold the IHG Way of Clean

　　● Monitor and respond to Lost & Found requests.

　　● Other duties as assigned.

　　What We need from you:

　　● 2-3 years of housekeeping supervisor experience

　　● High school diploma / secondary education / equivalent

　　● Must be able to speak local language(s).
