Schedule and direct staff in their work assignment. *Interact positively with customers promoting hotel facilities andservices. Resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties. *Maintain profitability of outlet to support hotel operations. Controlpayroll and equipment costs. Ensure par stock levels are maintained bycalculating inventory, ordering and retrieving supplies. * Utilize POScomputer to accurately charge customers and revenue reports. Input andretrieve data and change computer procedures using complex series ofkeypunches to program system. * Implementing and maintaininghousekeeping, sanitation and cleanliness standards in all areas. *Maintaining a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics,and self-image with yourself as well as subordinates. * Administeringsales promotions programs and employee sales incentive programs. *Ensuring the highest quality of food and beverage, and service relatedto the operation. * Maintaining an appropriate level of communitypublic affairs involvement * Assessing and reviewing the jobperformance of subordinates, and maintaining records of assignedemployees according to policy * Ensuring 100% table visits with guests.What we are looking for: * Strong knowledge of Food & Beverageoperations and preparation techniques. * Mathematical abilities inorder to determine and track inventory, controls, revenue productions,and other hotel financial statement. * Ability to effectively deal withinternal and external customers, some of whom will require high levelsof patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurateinformation and resolve. * High school diploma required.
