The DSM-Firmenich FDM Trainee program is a unique platform upon which the candidate will build in-depth olfactive knowledge in both raw materials and products, acquire expertise in fragrance development including daily interactions with perfumers, and gain the multiple skills of successful project management. During the course of the approximately two-year program the candidate will learn the variety of skills and tools necessary to the best practices of the FDM role and will be under the supervision and guidance of an FDM coach.
