Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting HR and accounting in the daily activities and take over the administration for the assigned employees.
Main Responsibilities
Perform HR administrative tasks over the full employee life cycle, (eg onboarding, welcome day, contract preparation, exit process etc.)
Administration and entry of data related to social insurances (child allowances, accident, sickness…), in coordination with the external Payroll-Provider
First point of contact for employees
Setting up payments on time
Processing of advance payments
Responsible for processing travel and expense reports
Checking and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements
Minimum Requirements
Commercial degree with further training in HR (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio)
3-4 years of professional experience in a similar function
Knowledge of Spanish labor law and social insurances
Experience with Success Factors would be an advantage
Spanish mother tongue with very good command of written and spoken English
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure
Agility and open mindset, exact way of working
