JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential functions and responsibilities: Maintain afriendly and helpful demeanor throughout the transaction with a donor,ensuring each donor is greeted and asked if they need assistance.Maintain a clean and well-organized donation area. Responsible for alloperations and security matters while on duty, including safeguardingmaterials and tracking donations. Receive and receipt all donatedmaterials from donors, including attempting to obtain an email addressfrom as many donors as possible. Courteously advise donors of materialwhich is not acceptable per Salvation Army policy. When applicable, sortdonations as they come in. Sort, load, and unload all Salvation Armytrucks per policy.
