ACCOUNTABILITIES
High Touch Service Education Development-Develop local training contents and conduct brand product & high touch service training
-Oversees and actively participates in the execution of the service program to ensure high-touch services are consistently delivered in-store.
-Contributes to the ongoing evolution of the brand's service strategy by modeling positive behaviors and actively BAs on-site.
Hight Touch Service Coaching Support-Ensures BAs possess essential product knowledge and professional skills through 100% completion of relevant e-learning content and training programs.
-Communicates brand strategy in the training area to the counter level, ensuring a cohesive approach to education and high touch service delivery.
-Ensures teams adhere to corporate initiatives and store policies, including retail operations guidelines, service standard and hygiene protocols.
Education Reporting & Administration & ETC-Translation of training materials from Global/Regional and material archive management
-Support the digital learning platform update
-Monthly & weekly report update
-Physical preparation for In-classroom training and Virtual training sessions with team
-Measures education program success through pre-agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Education
University level education or equivalentExperiences
7 years’ experience of product and brand education or related careerFunctional Competencies
Fluent English level to translate materials and communicate with Global/Regional team
Excellent multi-tasking ability
Excellent Communication skill
Be proficient in administrative tasks/responsibilities
Detail oriented, Self-starter and good attitude and manners
Builds Collaborative Relationships
