　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Controller to join the Behavioral Health Service Line team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Controller in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role requires strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage a small team effectively.

　　Major Responsibilities:

　　Assist the Controller in overseeing the Behavioral Health Service Line Accounting department and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

　　Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with the Controller.

　　Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

　　Manage and supervise a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

　　Monitor and review accounting and financial processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

　　Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive efficiencies.

　　Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors as necessary.

　　Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Controller.

　　Education & Experience:

　　Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance or related field

　　4+ years of experience in Healthcare Accounting Required

　　Experience in Business Objects or similar software, Power Point, and relational data bases required
