Description

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

　　Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy

　　Manage month-end and year-end close processes

　　Collaborate with the Controller on budgeting and forecasting

　　Review and analyze financial data for discrepancies and issues

　　Supervise and mentor accounting staff

　　Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

　　Support external audits and liaise with auditors

　　Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification and public experience preferred.

　　Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting, preferably in a project-based or controller support role.

　　Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

　　Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite systems a plus.

　　Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

　　Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

　　Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
