Join Unum UK as an Assistant Company Secretary and become a vital player in supporting the Company Secretary, collaborating with the Secretarial Assistant to deliver corporate governance services.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking the lead and being proactive across all aspects of Company Secretarial matters. In that context, you will be responsible for providing advice and support in a range of matters related to corporate governance and general private company administration. If you’re looking for a progressive role in a supportive team, then there is good opportunity to develop with support from the Company Secretary and relevant training. The role will involve exposure to key stakeholders in Unum UK, including the Board, Executive Committee members and our Leadership Community.
Ideal candidates for this role are those who can foster relationships, facilitate adherence to timelines, and feel empowered to make informed decisions. Ideally, you’re a qualified chartered secretary or part-qualified with good in-role experience.
