About Assistant Channel Sales Manager, Sleep & Respirator Care

　　负责睡眠呼吸产品全产品在市场上的销售推广工作

　　您的职责是

　　协助大区经理完成负责的产品线在区域内的年度进货与出货销售指标；

　　贯彻执行公司的市场推广策略，建立良好的客户关系（睡眠中心、急重症、呼吸科、ENT、心血管科、内分泌科等），定期地组织相关的市场活动（科内会、学术研讨会等）；

　　贯彻执行公司的渠道管理策略，开拓、管理区域内的销售渠道，管理、支持经销商销售团队的销售工作；

　　及时处理业务相关的问题和紧急情况，保持良好的职业操守；

　　公司或部门安排的其他工作内容。

　　您隶属部门的架构和文化

　　该职位是呼吸睡眠关护事业部销售职位，向大区经理汇报

　　要成功应聘本职位，您应当具备以下技能和经验

　　有4年以上的医疗行业销售经验，

　　有呼吸机/胰岛素泵/血糖仪等领域产品销售经验者优先

　　优秀的临床KOL管理能力和经销商管理能力

　　具备独立完成工作能力
