We are looking to hire a resource in our Horlicks team based in Mumbai HO.
Job Description
Working closely with the expert and brand manager to handle the requirements of expert’s ecosystem (Doctor/Ethical)
Execution of HCP (healthcare professional) promotion / Digital activation / Marketing programs to engage HCPs. Drive KPIs on projects/Brands
Focus will be on network and stakeholder management, and therefore follow Ups with sales team/ other functions in order to track and measure the impact of the Marketing Programs.
The person should be capable of data mining and analysis and have an eye for Creative work, as he/she will be required to plan activities & work with the Creative agencies to deliver material for HCPs communication.
Liaise with advertising agencies, and other partners to implement routine inclinic inputs
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders / influencers in identified Nutrition areas, and utilize relationships for shaping market initiatives, and for driving sales. Partner creative agency in conceptualization and implementation of media plans for brand activations
Support and drive sales – work in close partnership with Cross Functional teams to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high-quality manner
Skill, Education, Experience
MBA Marketing from reputed Institute.
Total desirable experience of 3-5 years in marketing
Should have handled pharma/ OTC brands/ nutrition brands
Candidates from organisations like – Abbott Nutrition, Nestle, Danone, Haleon, GSK, Cipla, Glenmark, Dr Reddy’s, Sanofi & other pharmaceutical companies will be preferred
New Product launch experience will be an advantage
Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs through sales force.
Experience in sales function will be an added advantage
