This program is designed to support our Facility's Management teams to ensure proper implementation of the preventative maintenance program and support annual capital planning efforts for our client.What this job involves -The FM Asset Validation Engineer is responsible for performing data validation around assets (HVAC Equipment, Electrical Equipment, etc.) that are managed by both Mobile and Static Facilities Management Technicians at all managed facilities within our North and South Carolina Regions. This will include gathering basic asset information as well as providing a condition assessment of the facilities and associated assets.What is your day to day?Travel to facilities managed by JLL and Client Real Estate personnel throughout the assigned territory to perform asset/equipment validationWork with area and regional real estate personnel to identify all facets of the facility that are in scope for assessmentPerform asset data gathering on these facilities. This includes but is not limited to:HVACElectrical Components (including UPS systems, generators, switchgear, distribution panels, etc.)Fire Life Safety ComponentsGarage DoorsSecurity GatesLighting SystemsDevelop condition assessments on all assets based on visual inspections as well as reviews of historical maintenance and inspection recordsOrganize and process all data gathered and prepare for upload into our Corrigo (CMMS) platformProvide weekly project status reporting to account Operations Delivery Team personnel on data gathering and validation project statusDesired experience and technical skillsRequiredA minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC or Electrical system installation and/or maintenanceExperience in commercial construction a plusRequires a high level of self-motivation independent thinkingAbility to develop and maintain trust with internal and client stakeholdersDetail-oriented, organized, flexible, and a desire to tackle new challengesAdvanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)PreferredExperience in project management a plusLocation:Position will be considered hybrid however the individual will be required to travel extensively through northern Kentucky and southern Indiana and Ohio.JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
