Description:
Our recruiting staff is searching for Roller/Header Operators. This is a niche skillset, but candidates with experience with die setting, CNC setup, or auto mechanic experience have skills that translate very well to the role. You will be working for a company that meets today’s modern fastening needs. From automotive, industrial, rail, and ship building to defense, medical, and agricultural industries. They're looking for multiple Roller/Header Operators for their 2nd shift team.
Responsibilities would include:
Learn toSet up & operate equipment (Fastener/Screw/Thread machines)
Participate fully in the training program
Learn to use appropriate measurement tools
Learn to read and understand blueprints
Learn to check parts for surface discontinuities
Learn to weld wire
Training:
3 months on 1st shift (530am to 330pm Monday through Thursday)
Occasional Fridays & Saturdays
Move to 2nd shift: 330pm to 130AM
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
CNC Setup experience
Die Setting experience
Machine Setup experience
Military experience
Auto Mechanic
Ability to read blueprints
