To help maintain the physical school plant in its entirety, in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times. This includes maintaining safe conditions and adherences to buidling codes with a special focus on carpentry issues and projects.2. Recommend supplies and equipment for purchase.3. Examine district-owned facilities on a regular basis for purposes of preventive maintenance/safety issues.4. Determine which repair jobs may be performed by electricians or maintenance workers on the staff and which must be performed by outside contractors, and advise the Director of Facilities accordingly.5. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, climb ladders, snow removal, and capable of doing various physical job functions.6.
