Inthis role you will be part of a team that grows the operations capacityover 8X to support our customer needs in this newly acquired productportfolio. Responsibilities may include the following and other dutiesmay be assigned. ? Performs microscope and free hand soldering assemblywith fine wire. ? Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams,schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assemblyinstructions. ? Sets initial layouts and uses a variety of tools toprepare product(s). ? Makes continuity checks on work in process andcompleted. ? May conduct quality inspections on processing line inaccordance with quality specifications. ? Train others and providementorship as requested. ? May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble,and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassembliesaccording to specifications and under simulated conditions. Must Have:Minimum Requirements ? Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Niceto Have ? 4+ years of microscope assembly within a medical devicesetting. ? Comfortable working with very fine wire (\44 gauge). ? Freehand soldering experience. ? Excellent communication skills and a teamfocused work ethic. ? Experience was fast production ramp-ups.
