　　• Work directly with our category managers and help them evaluate the most promising market segments, define our portfolio and our offering, structure the project to be launched and monitor progress in order to achieve our ambitions

　　• Support our teams in the identification of Best Practices, particularly in the area of ​​prospect management, the identification and prioritization of new opportunities, as well as the creation of reports

　　• Develop tools and analytical models based on Excel to help make business decisions

　　• Carry out in-depth analyzes to identify the origin of problems

　　• Identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools

　　• You are a force of proposal within your team

　　There is also an opportunity to put your analytical skills to the test by working within our Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations as an Operations and Logistics Intern. The key job responsibilities include:

　　• Diving deep into data, mapping processes and problems

　　• Offering and testing potential solutions and implementing the best one(s)

　　• Interacting with highly efficient managers, technology development teams, and front-line Associates, thinking broadly about solutions to the most complex business and operational challenges faced by one of the world’s fastest growing operations network

　　We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

　　Cape Town, ZAF

　　Basic Qualifications

　　• Fluent English both reading and writing

　　• Must be a student throughout the duration of your internship

　　• BSc or Masters in Business, engineering or a related field

　　• Must be able to start the 3 month internship no later than November 2024

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• Advanced level in Excel

　　• Basic knowledge of SQL (Python or R)

　　• Attentive to detail

　　• Good level of written and verbal communication

　　• Able to make decisions based on data and draw recommendations
