JOB REQUIREMENTS: Company Generac Power Systems Name Assembler I - R&S -Weekend Day Shift Req # 64153 Employment Type Full Time Shift WeekendDay The Assembler I is responsible for performing basic assembly work tomanufacture products in a cost effective and timely manner whilefulfilling quality standards. The Assembler I will validate materialprior to beginning assembly, review work instructions, build product perspecifications and within tolerances, complete all clean-up andhousekeeping procedures, comply with all quality, safety and work rulesand regulations including wearing all appropriate PPE. MinimalQualifications: Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma orequivalent Manufacturing experience, including knowledge ofmanufacturing processes or related experience Knowledge: Skills: Detailoriented and organized. Ability to effectively communicate in a teamenvironment. Accepts responsibility for own actions, follows through oncommitments. Ability to understand and execute basic standard assemblyprocedures, interpret basic visual diagrams, and use basic hand tools.Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions. Physicaldemands: : While performing the duties of this job, the employee isregularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to usehands to manipulate objects, tools or controls and talk or hear. Theemployee is regularly required to walk; stoop; crouch; bend and reachabove shoulders. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance, waist high, upto 10 feet away.
