We are seeking a skilled Mechanical or Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for using mechanical and electrical assembly techniques to assemble components, sub-assemblies, and major components for the manufacture of air pressurization equipment. Candidates should be prepared to perform a variety of assemblies and execute basic computer functions, such as printing out labels. The electrical work is predominantly plug and play.

Location: Broomfield, CO

Shift: Monday -Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay : $20 -21/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Follow written instructions and engineering drawings to assemble components, sub-assemblies, and mechanical parts.

Perform minor troubleshooting of parts.

Inspect work to ensure it is operational and accurate by verifying each installation to the operational method sheet.

Test final products.

Pick parts and materials needed to complete assembly process.

Assist training co-workers as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required - education verification required

Strong mechanical aptitude

Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment (required)

Experience reading and interpreting blueprints is preferred, but willing to train

Proficient using basic hand and power tools (i.e. wrenches, screw drivers, wire strippers, etc.)

Basic computer skills
