　　OSHA certified

　　3.Willing to work overtime & Candidates must be able to pass a medical exam, pulmonary function test and wear a respirator.

　　The company is looking to onboard at least 3 asbestos inspectors. These inspectors will be responsible for working in municipal buildings like school district of philly, septa, philly housing, pha, pgw- asbestos work that they do. They will be dealing with asbestos and responsible for limiting the fibers that are omitted into the air on the construction sites. The candidate has to thing long term here as it will be a project that will require time and certifications that they will obtain with time.

　　Philadelphia Licensed Asbestos Project Inspector (API)

　　PA Licensed Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor

　　New Jersey Licensed Asbestos Technician (AST)

　　Delaware Licensed Asbestos Project Inspector

　　NIOSH 582 (Training to read air samples on site)

　　USEPA Asbestos Building Inspector initial course

　　USEPA Asbestos Management Planner

　　USEPA Asbestos Project Designer

　　HAZWOPER – 40
