　　The Artist handles promotional videos (pictures, videos, etc.) required by various departments of the hotel and supervises production related to design. This role is responsible for the production of posters, videos, prints and other design related products to ensure that the products meet the group's design standards.

　　What will I be doing?

　　As the Artist, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　• Create and execute design concepts for the hotel’s promotional materials, collaterals, theme decor and other items based on specifications given on assigned subject.

　　• Convert designs into camera-ready artwork (ready for printing or production) manually or using desktop publishing systems.

　　• Design and produce signages, banquet posters, banners, backdrops and other decor.

　　• Ensure that Hilton identity guidelines are followed on creative materials (i.e. hotel brand and colour specifications).

　　• Ensure that jobs are scheduled properly, and time management is exercised for the art section to meet set deadlines for design and art works.

　　• Organize the creative library (designs, graphics, photographs, books, reference materials, colour guides) for easy reference.

　　• Ensure that desktop publishing systems are regularly serviced and maintained.

　　• Ensure the replenishment of required art supplies and paper stock.

　　• Maintain art works and design filling systems.

　　• Work with Hilton Web Marketing to ensure contents of Hilton hotel pages are updated at all times.

　　• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
