Overview

　　GovCIO is currently hiring for a SailPoint Developer. This position will be located in Chantilly, VA with a Full remote work schedule.

　　Responsibilities

　　Implement SailPoint IdentityIQ for a large-scale customer.

　　Be part of a fast based Agile team working with other SailPoint Engineers, Business Analyst and Architects to implement the solution. Create and maintain complex PL/SQL packages spanning multiple schemas.

　　Maintain the existing applications and enhance the system as per client requirements.

　　Extensive Oracle database experience

　　Modify existing batches to incorporate new functionalities.

　　UNIX Shell scripting

　　Analyze system issues and devise and execute remediation plans.

　　Perform code reviews and bug fixing.

　　Conduct performance tuning of existing queries and packages.

　　Comply with all required standards and processes and devise approaches to ensure compliance across the team.

　　Provide complete technical and maintenance support to the systems.

　　Run the assigned projects solo as well as working as a team.

　　Provide round-the-clock support as needed for the assigned tasks.

　　UNIX, MS Windows Server experience

　　Use of Oracle, Java, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSP, Oracle Forms & Reports, HTML, JSON, SQL Developer, JDeveloper, JBuilder, Pro*C, PuTTY, Shell Scripting, UNIX, and Linux.

　　Interact directly with the customer on behalf of the team to resolves issues or identify new requirements to be addressed by the team

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills and Experience

　　Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)

　　Candidate must have 10 plus years plus of IT experience

　　Minimum of 5 plus years of SailPoint experience

　　Minimum 5 years of Java-related development experience

　　Candidates shall be a great teammate with a mindset to share, receive and discuss ideas to surface the best idea for implementation

　　Candidates shall be self-driven and be an active contributor in shaping the implementation for the customer

　　Candidates shall exhibit good communication skills to understand the requirements, and present their ideas to the team and the customer

　　Candidates shall exhibit clean configuration/code principles in their work

　　Candidates shall exhibit skills developing solutions that can operate without less manual overhead or support needs

　　Candidates shall have a strong sense for process automation

　　Clearance Required: Active USPS Public Trust

　　Desired Skills and Experience

　　Working knowledge of the following SailPoint IdentityIQ features is a plus

　　SailPoint Engineer CertificationCurrent or previous experience using Java development framework such SprintBoot

　　Current or previous experience using build automation tools ex. Jenkins

　　Current or previous experience writing SQL scripts

　　Posted Pay Range

　　The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

　　USD $120,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
