ARTC REGIONAL COORDINATOR
Greater St. Louis Area
Are you passionate about helping individuals with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues achieve recovery through creative expression? Do you have a proven track record of leading successful programs and building strong relationships with community partners? If so, we want you to join our team at Preferred Family Healthcare as an ARTC Regional Coordinator!
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others by leading the implementation of our innovative "Achieving Recovery Through Creativity" program. This strengths-based approach focuses on empowering individuals to develop their unique talents and interests, promoting personal growth and well-being. As an ARTC Regional Coordinator, you will work closely with our dedicated teams to ensure the success of this program across Central Missouri.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain monthly contact with designated point people at assigned sites.
Make regular site visits to assigned sites provide direct services, observe ARTC groups and obtain feedback from point person regarding program integration and implementation status. (Frequency to be determined by site needs.)
Obtain a minimum of 10-15 contact hours per week community support work or individual counseling (as determined by home region) utilizing ARTC or other experiential activities as deemed appropriate per site (i.e. horticulture/organic gardening etc.)
Hold all staff trainings at each site to include pragmatic, applicable content that will assist all staff in utilizing ARTC within the boundaries of their current position. (Frequency to be determined by site need and request.)
Plan and implement a minimum of one internal ARTC event per quarter per assigned site AND a minimum of one community based ARTC event per quarter per region(exhibits, fundraisers, performances etc.)
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field; OR
Has at least four (4) years relevant, qualifying full-time equivalent experience in human service delivery and demonstrates skills in developing positive and productive client relationships and the ability to negotiate complex service systems to obtain needed services and resources for clients; AND
Have demonstrated interest and skill related to the integration of innovative and creative intervention and education strategies; AND
All CSTAR case management staff shall successfully complete a department approved CSTAR case management training course within six (6) months of employment as a case manager.
