About Ariba Procurement to Pay Specialist

  Description

  The Procurement Specialist is part of the Corporate Procurement team and an important role in helping to maintain the companys Ariba Purchase to Pay P2P system and to help our Procurement team by collect data and running analytics for the department. The role is a two-prong position which includes working as:

  Ariba Purchase to Pay P2P Specialist Work with the Ariba team to maintain grow the Ariba P2P system. This includes: Adding maintaining Users user approval groups. Adding maintaining Vendors. This includes: o Creating maintaining Punchout Catalogs o Creating maintaining CIF catalogs o Creating maintaining Blanket Purchase orders Helping users with Ariba questions problems. Helping to ensure transactions are flowing through the Ariba system. This includes: o Ensuring that Purchase Requisitions are being approved. o Helping users resolve Invoice Reconciliations. This includes: bull PO Received Quantity Variances bull PO Quantity Variances bull PO Price Variances bull PO Amount Variances bull Tax Variances

  Procurement Data Specialist Work with the Procurement department to collect data from its various systems. This includes:

  Collecting data from the companies SAP ERP system. Running analytics creating Excel Spreadsheets PowerPoint presentations to show data in an understandable format. Working on ad hoc projects. Helping to maintain our Spend Analytics tool.

  Requirements

  What you will need to succeed:

  Must have experience in maintaining Ariba Purchase to Pay P2P systems.

  Must have experience in pulling data from ERP systems such as SAP.

  Strong communication skills both verbal and written with internal customers and external vendors.

  Strong cognitive thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills

  Strong attention to detail.

  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Strong computer skills in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Access.

  Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel including:

  o VLOOKUPS

  o IF Statements

  o Pivot Tables

  Capable of extracting analyzing data from companys systems.
