　　Pay Rate :

　　$167,600 - $223,400

　　Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in I P’s annual and long-term incentive plans.

　　The Job You Will Perform:

　　Serve as the key functional resource within theSouthArea to which business leaders will look to for support on continuous improvement in implementation of our manufacturing systems as well as key manufacturing initiatives and performance metrics, including but not limited to: EHS&S, Quality, Waste, Run Rate, Non-Price Improvements (NPIs), and Capital. 

　　Report directly to the Vice President, Enterprise Converting Optimization, NorthAmerican Container(NAC)with strong dotted line reporting relationship to the Vice President& General Manger for theSouthArea. The role will require a significant amount of travel (> 75%).

　　Provide leadership and expertise to develop and execute an Area Manufacturing Strategy that is aligned to the overall manufacturing priorities and strategies within NAC.

　　Analyze & develop plans along with facility leaders to drive continuous improvementor new investmentsin manufacturing, ensuring that Area priorities are aligned with NAC business priorities. 

　　Lead efforts with local leaders and the engineering team on identification and implementation of all capital projects.

　　Partner with RGMs to assist with the development of site and manufacturing managers including the identification of opportunities to leverage strengths across the Area.

　　Active member of both the Enterprise Converting Optimization Lead Team and theSouthArea Business Lead Team.

　　The Skills You Will Bring:

　　10+ years operational experience withintheContainer/Boxbusiness

　　In depth knowledge ofthe Container/Box plantoperations, manufacturing systems and manufacturing key performance metrics

　　Bachelor’s degreerequiredwith a focus in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management preferred
