We are seeking a highly disciplined and energetic Area Manager for our Jimmy John's Durham, North Carolina market.

　　The Area Manager coordinates and supports all activities within the assigned geographic area. Trains, coaches and supports managers. Plans and sets labor goals. Focuses on in-store issues, ensure compliance with all corporate guidelines and maintains our companies' high standards for service and the appearance of our units.

　　Essential functions of this position include:

　　Developing schedules and monitoring payroll on a daily basis to ensure payroll goals are met

　　Managing the sales performance of the assigned units to meet sales and profitability goals

　　Upholding Company standards for quality and service

　　Participating in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring for hourly and salaried team members for the assigned units

　　Issuing appropriate coaching and disciplinary action to those team members who fail to meet our performance standards

　　Ensuring compliance to all guidelines involved with safety, loss prevention and cash handling procedures

　　Qualified candidate will have the following abilities and traits:

　　2 years fast casualGM management experience/multi-unit management experience preferred

　　Able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week

　　High School Diploma or equivalent

　　Must be at least 21 years old

　　Must have valid Driver License, driving record in good standing
