Job Description:

　　Our client is currently seeking candidates for a full-time position as an Environmental Field Technician in the Orlando, Florida office. The position requires a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. Candidates should be mechanically inclined and possess the ability to utilize various tools to work on machinery. Must have the ability to work safely and effectively, either alone or within a Project Team.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Collection of air/water/soil/sediment samples

　　Collection of pertinent data necessary for evaluating various environmental media

　　Performing routine operation and maintenance of remediation systems

　　Troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues with remediation equipment

　　Oversight of subcontractors for remediation events

　　Working within manufacturing facilities to perform inspections and assisting with other regulatory requirements.

　　Job Requirements:

　　The majority of the work will be conducted outdoors at various project sites across Florida. Daily travel is required, and a company vehicle will be provided. Overnight stays are sometimes needed, but not frequent. Prior experience as an Environmental Field Technician and a current 40-Hr HAZWOPER Certificate is preferred, but not required.
