What will I be doing?
As the Assistant Revenue Manager for the Hilton Bay Area Complex, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in monitoring, managing, and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Supporting Director of Revenue Management in managing and maintaining group and transient inventory controls including, but not limited to, room accommodation and rate inventory controls, roll-in controls, group inventory and cut-off dates, displacement analysis, tentative and definite group bookings analysis, implementation of blackout dates, maintaining demand information, managing sellout strategies in partnership with Front Office and ensuring FMS and GL are balancedProvide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors including, but not limited to, running multiple reports, trend analysis and making recommendationsAssist with preparing and inputting all forecasts and annual budgetingReview all competitive shops, identify selling strategies, and market trends, review demand, convention, and city event calendars, maintain data on competitor products and maintain historical dataParticipate in and facilitate meetingsWhat are we looking for?
