In this important position, you will be responsible for supporting the data management of our hand hygiene program. This will involve collecting hand hygiene data and other data elements needed to meet the reporting requirements of various agencies. You will support analytics of the new electronic hand hygiene compliance monitoring system, including ensuring the accuracy of badge assignments for new and transfer employees; monitoring and responding to inquiries in the hand hygiene stakeholder mailbox; and serving as liaison with our electronic hand hygiene compliance monitoring system vendor. You will help create staff educational materials as well as work with the Infection Preventionists at all campuses. Rounding will be conducted in our hospitals and outpatient areas. You will also provide administrative support to the Clinical Epidemiology & Infection Prevention team.
Salary Range: $28.78/hourly - 59.33/hourlyQualifications
We're seeking an independent, deadline-driven, detail-oriented clinical leader with:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience/training
Excellent typing and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Access
Strong writing and editing abilities
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and prioritizing skills
Ability to effectively handle sensitive and confidential issues
Expertise with data management, analysis, reporting, and documentation methods used in infection control
