Overview

　　CAST SAP Expert is responsible for the delivery of high-quality technical solution and delivery for CAST SAP Basis and Technology. This role requires person with extensive SAP Technical experience and Cloud technology experience as well have the ability to work with all countries/markets and vendors to deliver CAST solution.

　　The role also responsible for bringing in best practices while delivering CAST solution, Build and Deliver high performance and business ready solutions. CAST Expert need an expertise in planning, working with the leadership on prioritizing the plan and funding needs, aligning with each sector on execution plan, engaging with vendor(s) to build overall resource and delivery plan and successfully delivering CAST deliverables.

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible for CAST SAP Technology Delivery and Sustain work

　　Responsible for establishing and maintaining working customer relationship with the Business Relationship Managers (BRM's) for all sectors to maintain support CAST Build and Delivery

　　Responsible for managing the vendor relationship on the SAP CAST program (Basis work)

　　Accountable for end to end planning and leading the execution of the projects, TCO and Hypercare phases of the project

　　Responsible for maintaining a successful working relationship worldwide with IT OPS, IBM, SAP, HCL, Infosys and Cognizant to support PGT SAP environment

　　Required to comfortably work across multiple technical teams like Infrastructure, ABAP, DBA and other functional teams

　　Responsible for managing Basis Project resources

　　Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of senior-level leadership interaction, communication and presentation experience.

　　Must be highly self-motivated individual, with a track record of driving competing & conflicting priorities

　　Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently meeting objectives

　　Must be able to guide teams on TCO checklist items, project plans and communication plans.

　　Ability to work collaboratively with various Business Partners as well as internal and external technical teams

　　Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, distilling and summarizing Business requirements

　　Ability to Lead, Coach and Develop a team of high caliber IT professionals setting objectives and managing day to day to deliver results

　　Strong experience working with software development and technology solution providers

　　Experience with application configuration, setup, integration and support in order to help with estimation and ROI analysis

　　Knowledge and background of PepsiCo infrastructure (servers, setup, and configuration) and experience troubleshooting operational issues, on mobile platforms is a plus.

　　Working knowledge of databases such as HANA, S/4, Oracle and Teradata. Experience working with ABAP, SQL, stored procedures is a plus.

　　Participate in solution strategy planning and application analytics, providing "out of the box" thinking to identify new opportunities to innovate and create lasting capability.

　　Seek new or existing technology solutions in order to Prototype and formulate refined, creative solutions like ZDO etc.

　　Create SOWs, incorporating aligned requirements, PPM Charter Documents and leading respective meetings to ensure understanding and alignment

　　Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of time

　　Qualifications

　　Years of Experience:

　　Minimum 8+ years SAP Basis Administration work experience

　　Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud and S/4 Technology

　　Mandatory Technical skills:

　　SAP Certificates are a plus

　　Knowledge and experience in at least three of the following SAP components: S/4, Cloud, ECC 6.0 EHP 6, CRM 7.0, SCM 7.0, SRM 4.0, XI/PI/PO, BW 7.31 on Hana, Enterprise Portal 7.5, Solman 7.2, and in general technology stacks of NetWeaver 6.40 through 7.5

　　Experience with upgrade tools like SAP NZDM which facilitates in near zero business outage during upgrade

　　Mandatory Non-Technical skills:

　　Bachelor's degree required

　　SAP Certificates are a plus

　　Strong analytical skills
