This position is on-site, and we arelooking for good people who share our passion. Position ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and manage Uline\'s safety program, policies andprocedures. Spearhead and direct department staff to successfullyexecute all safety initiatives. Oversee continual safety improvementsand set annual objectives and targets. Monitor results and auditprogress to recommend policies and procedures aimed at reducing safetyrisks and occupational health issues. Work with Human Resources toensure proper execution of workers\' compensation programs. Ensuresafety program meets Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) requirements and Uline\'s standards. Minimum RequirementsBachelor\'s degree. 6+ years developing, implementing and / or managinga safety program in a warehouse or distribution environment. Strongnegotiation skills with safety professionals, regulatory and / orindustry organizations. OSHA experience on a state or federal levelpreferred. Workers\' compensation experience a plus.
