　　Summary:

　　The provider will treat and assess the comprehensive health needs of their patient population and provide clinical and teaching expertise.

　　Required 2 years of specific specialty experience must be in either critical care, interventional cardiology procedures, telemetry, medical surgical, emergency room, gerontology or orthopedics, as determined by specific departmental needs.

　　Currently approved for use in Acute Care areas: Critical Care, Virtual ICU, eSNF, orthopedic surgery, CathLab - procedure based and Hospital at Home.

　　APRN/PA Specialty for the Congenital Heart Program with the Interventional Cardiology Team

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Experience:

　　Required - 4 years - Nursing; Or - 4 years - Physician Assistant;

　　Required - 2 years - Reference summary for details

　　Preferred - 1 year - Supervisory Role in a related field

　　Required - Masters - Nursing; Or - Bachelors - Physician AssistantCredentials:

　　Required - APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) - State of Florida; Or - PA (Physician Assistant) - State of FloridaFacility:
