Apprentice - Training Centre

　　John Deere is a leading supplier of agricultural and turf equipment and this is an exciting new role being created to join our training department. We are recruiting an Apprentice to support and deliver training to company and dealer staff and to customers. Training programmes are mainly product-based technical training but also include some sales training.

　　The position would suit (but is not limited to) an individual who have may have limited experience but have a passion for new and developing Technologies used in the agricultural or turf industries and our products.

　　Reporting to the Branch Training Manager the successful candidate will complete their Level 5, Learning and Skills Teacher apprenticeship, during your apprenticeship you will be an integral part of our training team as well as getting visibility and knowledge of the wider John Deere business. You will be supported with, and receive training on the skills necessary to plan, create and deliver relevant and inspiring training to our ever-growing dealer network.

　　Passion for learning and the desire to challenge yourself

　　Ability to communicate, influence and work with others to deliver aims and objectives

　　Self-motivation to drive forward your own learning and development

　　Willingness to travel when required

　　A good working knowledge of the MS Office software suite.

　　The successful candidate will have a good command of written and spoken English. A good work ethic is essential, coupled with the ability to manage time and resources to achieve business goals. Above all the candidate will be a confident and competent individual, self-motivated and able to deliver sustainable results. A clean driving license is desirable.
