About Appointment Setter Area Manager

  Compensation:

  Join our team as a Setter Manager and unlock the potential for uncapped bonuses! We offer a flat rate bonus of $800, contingent on successfully completing 4 personal pitches per week. Additionally, each extra pitch beyond the minimum requirement earns you $125.

  As part of our commitment to recognizing individual achievements, personal pitches are further rewarded with $100 per kilowatt (KW), with no clawbacks.

  Each of your team members' pitches will also contribute to your weekly paycheck!

  Estimated Yearly earnings are $70,000 - $100,000

  Requirements:

  Previous door-to-door experience is mandatory.

  Previous management skills are advantageous, but not required.

  Excellent communication skills.

  Job Description:

  Your role involves nurturing, overseeing, and guiding a team of professionals who engage daily in setting appointments for our sales consultants. This encompasses recruiting, hiring, training, and leading by setting a stellar example. Key performance indicators include cost management while ensuring optimal efficiency.

  Responsibilities:

  Lead by example.

  Engage in direct sales through door-to-door canvasing.

  Schedule appointments with customers to discuss their solar proposals.

  Weekly trainings for new people on your team.

  Expand your team through active recruitment and utilizing candidates provided by Blue Raven.

  Provide effective training for the success of your team.

  Team Management.

  Develop weekly schedules and hold your team accountable.

  Establish and achieve performance goals for yourself and your team.

  Motivate your team through meetings and group chats.

  Participate in incentives and sales tournaments.
