Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions (a Taylor company) is looking for a Applications Systems Specialist. Your Responsibilities: Analyze work orders Prepare and process data through postal cleansing Program and set-up variables templates in Quadient Inspire Process proofing and production files Quality check work for all jobs, including jobs worked by others on the team Knows fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of field of specialization. Performs assigned jobs using established procedures for job completion while working under direct supervision. Can read, understand complex standard requirement artifacts, requirement matrices, and process maps. Must be able to work extended hours on short notice. You Must Have: Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years of relevant working experiencewith setting up variable data templates, proofing and production file creation.. Experience with communication of concepts to technical and non-technical staff. Capacity to effectively handle multiple technical roles in a complex environment. Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, organize and plan work to satisfy established timeframes. Adobe Creative Suite, Quadient Inspire or other variable merge software, Text Editor (Notepad ++) C, C# programming, SQL database management Experience with multi-tasking, multi-processing fast paced IT environment is a plus Ability to work in a deadline-driven workplace Demonstrated knowledge of process flow Some knowledge of C, C#, JavaScript, SQL required Knowledge of Composition tools such as Quadient Inspire, InDesign, Photoshop, etc. Taylor is proud to now offer Daily Pay.
