Genesis10 is seeking a Facilities Project Manager for a hybrid remote 4+ month contract with our growing Lakeville client. 70% Remote. Job Description: Our client is a local company currently undergoing a facilities optimization initiative at their Lakeville campus. This project is driven by the expansion resulting from recent acquisitions, leading to the establishment of a new division within our organization. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a focus on facilities to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the facilities optimization project at our Lakeville campus. Coordinate and facilitate the relocation of temporary and permanent personnel within the campus. Supervise construction activities, including new cube and office buildouts. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all project-related parties. Interface and align schedules with our construction partner. Required Basic Qualifications: Strong project management skills, including expertise in scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning. Flexibility to travel to our remote sales office in Bentonville, AR (approximately <15% travel). Proven track record of successful project management in a facilities-related role. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-$70.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
