　　Who are the GO-Tech team?

　　GO-Tech (Global Operations Technologies) are part of the Warner Bros. Discovery Technology group and are responsible for the software and hardware solutions which run physical operations, globally. Their area of focus encompasses four main pillars:

　　Tours & Retail

　　Studio Operations

　　Physical Security

　　Global Real Estate

　　This role sits within the Physical Security pillar, which supports the security systems including A ccess C ontrol, CCTV, and T hreat M onitoring, throughout WBD locations worldwide.

　　The Role

　　This role is a k ey technical resource who will work with the team to ensure the successful day to day operational running of our physical sec urity systems , globally . This will include , but not be limited to, supporting new system implementations, delivering upgrades, application and data migrations, and technical support /BAU .

　　You will be part of the Physical Security Technology group for Warner Bros. Discovery , working in close collaboration with peers from our other pillars and leveraging technical specialists as needed, across the wider Warner Bros. Discover y Technology group .

　　This a great opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, encompassing a varied range of physical security applications including cloud and on-prem technologies . You will have the chance to focus on initiatives within numerous business areas, across multiple international sites.

　　Prior experience

　　Prior proven experience in application support and delivery , desktop /server hardware support and network troubleshooting will be essential skills that will ensure you will thrive in this role .

　　You will be a ble to work under pressure to deliver changing priorities , support high avail ability security systems , and work on multiple projects in parallel .

　　A solid understanding of application infrastructure and system integrations is required , whilst strong experience i n any of the following is highly desirable: Access Management systems, CCTV systems, Key M anagement , Visitor management and PSIM systems.

　　Prior experience in multi-geography implementations would be valuable, due to the global and diverse nature of our portfolio.

　　About Y ou

　　Energetic and meticulously organized , you are expected to have impeccable communication skills and be able to balance multiple concurrent and/or conflicting priorities.

　　Passionate about your work and problem solving , flexible, resilient, driven and committed. Exhibiting a strong team orientation, with an innately proactive and not reactive approach to work.

　　Available to work flexible hours to accommodate global collaboration, as well as responding during off-hours to lead resolution of critical project issues or operational incidents .

　　A willingness to learn new technologies and keep abreast of advancements in the security technology landscape.

　　Highly self-motivated, reliable & able to work with limited supervision.

　　Education & Qualifications
