　　Responsibilities

　　Technical expertise on all types of MPD systems and applications

　　Capable of communicating key results and educating MPD and non-MPD customers on different types of wells including, complex multi-laterals, extended reach (ERD) horizontal oil and gas wells, HPHT gas wells, offshore, deepwater and unconventional wells

　　Implement and lead regular customer Tech Day events where MP Wells real results are used to develop opportunities

　　Collaborate with leadership to promote customer events and strategic business objectives focused on MP Wells

　　Set and monitor targets for Key Performance Indicators specific to MPD Adoption

　　Develop short and long-range plans with the country leadership to promote and meet MPD Adoption strategic goals

　　Ensure that the organization is prepared to identify customer needs and issues, by offering customers the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions

　　Support regulatory engagement with clients to gain appropriate permits related to MP Wells work scope

　　Engage and participate in regulatory meetings to promote MP Wells applications and adoption

　　Provide timely and appropriate MP Wells information supporting relevant internal customers' needs

　　Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels of the organization to promote MP Wells solutions

　　Establish and track performance improvement of wells as transition to MP Wells solutions are adopted

　　Identify new cross-PL applications for MP Wells, and champion development and implementation of these applications

　　Any other duties required by the Gezone(s) or Global PL management

　　Qualifications

　　REQUIRED

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

　　10+ years of experience in planning and executing MPD operations (Onshore, offshore and Deepwater)

　　5+ years of experience in engineering or applications roles

　　Experience in managing projects

　　Combined Surface and Subsea, Level 4 Well Control

　　PREFERRED

　　Knowledge and Experience in Well design and planning (Casing Design, BHA Design and Cementing Design)

　　High-Temperature High Pressure (HPHT)

　　Deepwater, Shelf and Land Managed Pressure Cementing – Design, Planning and Execution

　　Experience in strategic planning and execution
